Pg. 21-13 Step 2: Riveted the F-1203A Bulkhead Assy to the Seat Ribs. Step 3: Dimpled six pair of nutplate rivet holes on the L & R Seat Ramp Floors. Step 4: Dimpled five #30 holes on the L & R Seat Ramp Floors. Step 5: Final drilled to 1/2 the Fwd 3/8 holes in the L & R Seat Ramp Floors. Step 6: Riveted the L & R Seat Ramp Floors in place. Step 7: Dimpled and riveted the four nutplates along the inboard edge of the L & R Seat Ramp Floors. Step 8: Final drilled #12 the 3/16 holes and 1/4 the 1/4 holes to remove powder coating from the WD-1210 Control Column. Step 9: Inserted the Control Column through the lightening holes of the Seat Ribs. Pg. 21-14 Step 1: Secured the Control Column to the Control Column Mount Assys. Used small needle nosed pliers to insert two AN960-10 spacer washers on each side of the bearings. Torqued Nuts to 25 in-lbs. Removed Vinyl from F1212 L & R Step Ribs and F-1202F Bulkhead.
