Pg. 21-09 Step 1: Riveted the Fwd Bulkhead Side Assemblies to the Seat Floor Assemblies. Step 2: Riveted a Bulkhead Cap to the L Bulkhead Side Assys. Step 3: Inserted AL bushing into F-1204M Roller and installed between L Fwd and Aft Side Assys using an AN3-24A bolt and AN960-10 Washer. Step 4: Riveted a Bulkhead Cap to the R Bulkhead Side Assys. Step 5: Inserted AL bushing into F-1204M Roller and installed between R Fwd and Aft Side Assys using an AN3-24A bolt and AN 960-10 Washer. Torqued both bolts to 25 inch-lbs. Pg. 21-10 Step 6: Machine countersunk all #40 nutplate rivet holes and six #30 on the F-1203A Bulkhead. #30 holes countersunk 120 degrees. Step 7: Drilled three 1/8 holes to 7/16, one 1/8 hole to 3/4 and removed material from 7/8 hole. Step 8: Riveted L & R F-1203B Bulkhead Flanges to the aft side of the F-1203A Bulkhead.
