Step 9: Riveted one Flaperon Stop and Pully Bracket Assy. to the Lt. Seat Rib Assy. Step 10: Riveted the lt. seat rib with nutplates to the Pully Bracket. Step 11: Dimpled the nutplates and holes in the aft end of the Rt. Seatbelt Assy. Then riveted the nutplates.
