Completed Deburring Center Section Af Bulkhead. Pg. 20-2 Step 1: Countersunk nutplate rivet hole on Center Section Assy. Installed nutplates. Center nutplates were to use CCR-264SS-3-2 rivets, however these did not secure the nutplates tightly. Used AN426AD3-4 rivets set with a rivet gun. Step 2: Final drilled the holes in the Rt. Fwd Bulkhead Side Assy. Installed the Retainer Block and final torqued. Step 3: Final drilled the Center Section Assy and installed the Retainer Block and final torqued. Step 4: Inserted two AN4 bolts in the 1/4" holes of the Center Section Aft Bulkhead to support Center Section Channel. Clamped the Center Section Assy to the Aft Center Section Bulkhead using five spring clamps.
Pg.20-3 Step 1: Placed the Bottom Skin on top of two 2X4's which were placed across two saw horses. The clamped bulkhead assy were clecoed to the Bottom Skin.
