Continued removing paint from the tank skin in the locations for the inboard and outboard clips.

Step: 4 Drilled off the two K1000-3 Nutplates that were attached to the aft side of the T-1205 Fwd Tank Bracket. Page 37-02, Revision 1, Fig.3.

Step 5: Positioned the T-0008 Inboard and T-0009 Outboard Clip against the T-1201 Main Tank Skin. Page 37-02, Revision 2, Fig. 3.
Marked the rivet head attaching the main tank skin to the T-1202 Fwd Tank Bulkhead to clear the installation of the T-00008 Inboard Clip.
Marked the two rivet heads attaching the main tank skin to the T-1202 Fwd Tank Bulhead to clear the installation of of the T-00009 Outboard Clip
Drilled out the three marked rivets.

Step 6: Clecoed the Inboard Clip and Outboard Clip to the aft side of the Fwd Tank Bracket and Main Tank Skin. Page 37-02, Revision 2, Fig. 3.
Match-drilled #30 the main tank skin using the holes in the inboard and outboard clips as templates.
Unclecoed the clips and deburred the new holes.
Primed the clips.

Step 7: Riveted the Inboard and Outboard Clips to the Main Tank Skin. Page 37-02, Revision 2, Fig. 3. Coated the mating clip surfaces and rivet shop heads with fuel tank sealant.

Step 8: Riveted one of the nutplates to the Fwd Tank Bracket and Inboard Clip. Page 37-02, Revision 2, Fig. 3
Riveted the second nutplate to the Fwd Tank Bracket and Outboard Clip. Page 37-02, Revision 2, Fig. 3
