Step 1: Attached the WD-1201 Nose Gear Assembly to the fuselage.
Step 4: Greased the SF-4048-16 Bronze Bushings with Aeroshell #22 synthetic grease. Slid the WD-1230 Nose Fork Assembly, the two U-611 Washers and the NAS1149F2090P Washer onto the Nose Gear Assembly. Threaded on the MS21025-20 Nut.
Step 5: Threaded safety wire through the bolt holes used to secure the Nose Wheel and Tire Assembly to the Nose Fork Assembly, then attached a spring scale to the end of the safety wire. Tightened the MS21025-20 Nut until a force of 26 lbs, while pulling the safety wire, began to rotate the Nose Fork Assembly around the spindle. Used the nut as a drill guide and drilled a #30 hole through both sides of the Nose Gear leg. Deburred the holes and secured the nut with a cotter pin.
Step 6: Slid the U-1210A Axle through the wheel bearings, the through the U-1210B Spacer. Bolted the Nose Wheel/Tire Assembly, the Axle and the Spacer to the Nose Fork Assembly. Torqued the Axle Nut until there was a slight drag on the wheel, then backed off a quarter turn.
