Riveted all the rib holes on one surface. Removed all the rivets holding the hinge to the AST. Carefully reriveted the hinge while applying pressure to remove the twist. Then riveted the remaining rib holes. This action was successful in removing the twist. Reinstalled the hinge pin, bolted the halves together and safetied the hinge pins.
