Step 4: Reriveted some of the rivets that did not flush. It required countersinking a little deeper.
Step 5: Trimmed the aft slot to the scribe line in the Lower Tailcone Fairing.
Step 6: Screwed the Upper Tailcone Fairing to the Lower Tailcone Fairing using the prescribed AN526C632R8 screws.
Step 7: The Rudder Assembly continued to be installed to the V-stab Assembly.
Step 8: Aligned the forward edge of the F-1294 Assembly to the edge line on the masking tape and clamped fairing assembly in place. The gap between the fairing and the Rudder was 1/8".

Step 1: Drilled a #40 hole in the Upper Tailcone Fairing at the inboard location marked on the "AL" masking tape.
Step 2: Drilled a #40 hole in the Lower Tailcone Fairing, but in the wrong location. Will have to drill the hole in the correct location inboard.

Reglued washers inside Stabilator hinges which fallen out during last removal.

Painted scratches on Counterweight Arm which occured during last Stab installation. Will need to smooth and/or cover the penetration in the Aft Bulkhead.
