Step 1: Removed the AN4 bolt used to locate the glued washers, from the stabilator hinge brackets. Marked "top" on the Counterbalance Arm near the spar. Removed the hardware used to secure the Counterbalance Arm. With the weights rotated horizontally, installed the arm to the Stabilator Assembly.
Step 2: Rotated the Counterbalance Arm 90 degrees and inserted the weights through the hole in the Aft Bulkhead. Rotated the Counterbalance Arm to the original position and installed hardware.
Step 3: Added duct tape to the Tailcone Skins to prevent scratching from the forward Stabilator Skin. Installed the Stabilator Assy to the Tailcone Assy.
Step 4: Checked Stabilator Assy movement through its operating range to assure free operation and limited by the hinge stops.

Step 1: Fabricated two hinge pins. Bent one end and ground a point on the other.
Step 2: Installed the Left and Right AST Assemblies to the Stabilator Assy using the hinge pins.
Step 3: Attached the AST Assemblies together. Checked freedom of movement and alignment. The left end of the Left AST Assy was misaligned by a 1/4". Will refabricate the assy when parts arrive.

Step 7: Stripped 1/2" of insulation from each wire on the Servo Tray and WH-P30 Trim Wires. Twisted the wire ends and folded in half.
Step 12: Crimped a male spade connector to one white wire and female spade connectors to the remaining wires of the Pitch Trim Servo Wire.
Step 13: Crimped a Female spade connector to one white wire and male spade connectors to the remaining wires of the WH-P30 Trim Wire.
