Tested Loctite Epoxy on a piece of scrap plexiglass. It seemed to work ok, so I beveled the actual plug that I would use on the canopy and epoxied it in place.
Filled a few more pin hole in the canopy lay-up with Bondo Putty and sanded. Then masked the canopy for application of filler primer.
