Pg. 30-04 Step 1: Placed the left wing upside-down on a moving blanket on top of the Finishing Kit Crate. Installed the Pivot Guide and the hardware for the other hinge points as shown in the plans. Had to use super glue to hold each set of two washers on either side of the inboard hinge bearing. Step 2: Aligned the flaperon and taped it to the wing tip. Step 3: Performed the same tasks with the right wing. The flaperons were moved through their range of operation and both performed smoothly.
