Using the rivet removal tool bought from Aircraft Spruce, I drilled the heads first. Then I tapped the heads using a flat screw driver. Once the head were removed I used a punch along with the pnuematic riveter so as to drive the rivet out. This worked well... but sure took a long time !!!
