I tested 2 alternate methods for cutting the 2 1/4" and 3 1/8" holes in the panel. First I used a circular cutter with a cutting bit. I was not happy with the results. I then tried the good old flyer cutter and even though it took time to setup and get to the desired diameter, the results are outstanding. So I decided to save some money and not purchase the cutting dies by using this method. As you can see I used my cordless drill at a slow speed. Patience along with some WD-40 will yielded excellent results.
