I had to fabricate the top hinge out of 0.090" aluminum since I was not happy with the Zodiac's drawings (it calls for a 3/4" by 3/4" of extrusion (0.090"). I was concerned that there is not enough clearance for the 3/16" hole. I am very happy with the results. I tested the rudder stops and they work like a charm!
