I took a very conservatory approach so as to maximize the possibility of correcting any mistakes along the way. Even though all bend lines had been marked, I decided not to cut off the excess material until after bending the trailing edge. This way If I had to start over, I would still have enough material left. Furtunately, all bends came out as planned. Once I finished bending the trailing edge, I proceeded to cut the excess material and finally bent the 90 degree corner.
