First I drew the bend lines as previously calculated.. but this time I increased the length of the 73 degree flange to 30mm so as to ensure that the brake has enough material to hold during the bending process. I also bent the flange from the opposite side (compared to the previous attempt) so that I could use all 6 bolts to hold the aluminum in place.
