I could not hold myself and with the help of Alex... I tested how the spars fit on the fuselage. I have to say that I was not happy with the results. After installing 5 of the 6 bolts for each side... there was at least an inch of play measured at the tip[ of the spars. I called Zenith and they mentioned that they have a slight play on there demo too. They said to measure the diameter delta between the AN-5A bolt and the holes... there should not be more than .004". I took the spar apart and unfortunately, they did not pass these specs. Zenith said that it would be acceptable to drill to the next bolt size (AN6). As hard it was for me to accept... I had to drill out the center spar.
