Well.. this took me longer than expected. I soon realized that the front torque tube bearing was about 2.5 mm too wide. This made sense since I had installed the 3/4" x 3/4" extrusions on the center spar that are 0.125" as opposed to the 0.090" per the plans (one cannot find the 0.090" very easily so I decided to go up to the 0.125" that is quite common). This meant I had to fabricate the forward torque tube bearing to the required dimensions, which in this case is 57 mm wide. It took me 2 attempts to get the correct dimensions. Also installed the nylon fairings on the center spar for the rudder cables.
