It was nice to stumble with a tool a had purchased a while back... a flex shaft grinder that has a foot pedal that controls the rpm. I used it to drill all the L angles in place since my regular drill is too big and clunky for this job. Also drilled the L angles that connect the baggage floor with the center back channel.
