Well... you know the drill. Take everything apart, cleaned, deburred, primed and put back together and rivet. As you can see I decided to add 2 coats od QuietAir on the bottom skin to the HT frame. QuietAir is a sound absorbing paint that works great. I used it on my first XL and was very happy with the results. It is FAA certified. I plan to add some on any surface that is bound to make noise due to "oil canning".
