Cut the Access Door out of the bottom skin. I decided to use the olfa knife since it does such a good job. It took longer but it's worth the while. I drew the 15 mm radius on each corner and then drilled a 1/4" hole on each side... this way the olfa knife would have a way to stop before damaging the corners. Then I started cutting away pieces from the middle until I had a way to flex each side... I am very happy wiith the results.
