Drilled all parts that make the bottom hinge. It took me a while to figure out the logical order for drilling all these holes. I had 5 layers of aluminum to worry about so I had to back drill in the right order. I also decided to check the maximum rudder deflecion. I remembered from my first XL that I had to spend some time working on this area at the very end since I was not getting the required deflection. With this one .. I had to sand the left and right inner radius of the rudder horn a bit to get at least 24 degrees. Upon final assembly, the rudder stop should take care of any additional tweaking if needed.
