Fabricated the horn for the elevator trim. Very interesting I must say. Comparing the horn from my old XL to this one.... vast improvements have been made. The geometry and dimensions of the new horn delivers a much stronger product. Also the new drawings call for a max deflection of 20 degrees up and 40 degrees down compared to the 30 degrees up/down max deflection on the old drawings. This confirms my theory of ZAC trying to improve the trim authority in slow flight (full flaps).
