Now that I have fabricated most of the parts needed for the Rudder, I started laying out the pitch on the spar doublers. Also drilled the spar doubler paused at the rear spar #1. Need to understand the drilling procedure before I proceed (since the rudder horn is yet to be made and drilled onto place)
