Brief Description:  Drilled upper Skin to Horizontal Stabilizer

Boy... what a weekend. I spent about one hour trying to find the right aluminum sheet. Finally found it but in the progress moving it to the working table I created a "smiley face" on it. I was so angry. After some chilling time I analyzed the situation a little better and decided to move forward and make the best out of the situation. I decided to put the smiley face facing downward. then it was time to bend the skin. bought a 4' x 8' x 3/4" board. It's amazing how much force is required. I had my 15 year old son stand on top to make the bend. I used a spacer that was about 4 mm shorter than what the plans called for, thus creating a smaller radius leading edge. It looks nice and I am hoping it will give me less drag (probably just gained about 5 mph).... yeah right!
