Brief Description: 2nd attempt at Stabilizer Spar doublers
After a bad weekend (lots of hours spent with zero production), I decided to email my good friend Dave Clay. THANK YOU DAVE ! He suggested I try bending at least 100mm wide piece and then cut to specs. What a difference! The problem was that the bend brake was having a tough time holding the 0.040" material in place. In fact, the material shifted back about 7 mm before it actually started bending. To reach the 96 degrees called for by the plans I attached a piece of square tubing and kept bending.
