I only had enough 0.025" aluminum to make one rib (left over material from my first XL). I will have to wait for the aluminum to come in to finish the other rib. After that I plan to use the same cutting block and form block to make the inner ribs (cutting the blocks to the respetive size). It seams like 3 hours was a lot of time but I did spend about 2 hours finishing the forming block and figuring out how to set the router. I also bought a nice rotating sander that made it so easy to sand in the knotches into the form block.
