Cut baffling seals material into 3 inch strips. Began attaching seal strips on sides and rear of baffling. Marked holes for pop rivets, drilled, deburred, and riveted on seals material. Cut a pattern for seals on front sides of baffles. Cut these seals and attached them to the baffles. Also cut and attached seals for the forward baffling behind the prop. Ran a bead of sealant around all the baffle seals for insurance. Then cut the metal support strips and seals for the on the bottom cowling inlets. Drilled and countersunk for screws to attach these seals. Then mounted the lower cowl to make sure the lower seals fit properly into the baffle inlets and also mounted the upper cowl to check for proper laydown and clearance and to start forming the seals contours. Placed pins in cowling to make sure still have proper fit.
