Put canopy back into frame and bolted down canopy. Made three holddowns for front of canopy and pop riveted them to help hold down canopy. Mixed beads with fiberglass and placed behind side canopy skins. Used a block and tape to hold these down until fiberglass dries. Mixed more beads and fiberglass to run around lip of canopy to 'caulk' the edge of the canopy. Then began the process of laying up ever wider strips of fiberglass to form the canopy to skin junction. Finished with a strip of peel ply to absorb the excess resin and allow a ready to finish surface when the fiberglass dries. Will be ready to sand when fiberglass dries.
