Disassembled right Elevator trailing edge glue up assembly. Back riveted trailing edge of right Elevator. Completed riveting remainder of right Elevator. Fitted counterweights to counterbalance assembly and secured. Fitted fiberglass tip to right Elevator. Drilled, deburred, and dimpled counterbalance assembly for fiberglass tip. Countersunk fiberglass tip and blind riveted fiberglass tip to right Elevator. Installed rod end bearings and mounted right Elevator to Horizontal stabalizer. Made initial travel checks and clearance checks.
