Riveted bottom of trim tab spar to left elevator. Riveted end ribs to skins as required. Cut trailing edge angle to proper length and drilled to matching holes. Countersunk both sides of trailing edge angle. Cleaned up trailing edge holes and dimpled. Drilled out, deburred, and dimpled holes in end stiffeners. Drilled alignment angle for trailing edge. Mixed fuel tank sealant and applied to trailing edge angle. Clecoed trailing edge together with alignment angle for curing. Riveted end stiffeners. Cut and attached counterweights into end of elevator tip ribs. INstalled rod end bearings into left elevator and set proper distance from spar. Installed the elevator onto the horizontal stabalizer and checked for clearance.
