Completed hinge bracket assembly and attached to Horizontal Stabalizer rear spar. Friend Harry shown torquing bolts. Completed lightening of Vertical Stabalizer stiffener, and riveted Vertical Stabalizer rear spar. Assembled Vertical Stabalizer frame ready for riveting. Vertical stabalizer skin primed and ready for attaching to frame. Fitted rudder stiffeners to both rudder skins, and match drilled out all holes. Marked parts locations and began deburring of parts. Almost ready for dimpling.
