Completed re-installing rudder and rudder bottom. Connected tail lights and check them out - OK. Performed Weight and Balance with certified scales. Came in at 1082 pounds empty weight with all items in plane. Calculated weight and balance scenarios - all within limits. Removed cowing and inspection plate items for FAA Inspection. Watched with nerves rattling as inspector went over plane with a fine tooth comb. A couple of minor issues were noted and will be fixed, but not sufficient to prevent Inspector from signing off on our airworthiness certificate. We're good to go! Halleleujah! Now need to fix his minor issues and button the plane up for first flight!
