Worked on completing the intersection fairings. Refitted the intersection fairings to the wheel pants and laid up a cotton fiber mixture after taping off areas where we didn't want the fiberglass to stick. After the cotton fiber mixture dried, then removed the tape and rough sanded the lay up to get approximately the desired finished surface. Now need to final finish all the fiberglass parts in preparation for painting. Also finished painting the red color on the top cowling. Note: Always something. Experienced a broken part on the paint gun and had to scrounge and temporarily borrow another gun while hopefully the first gun is being repaired.
