Brief Description: Wing Root Fairings and Flap Attach
Drilled and clecoed wing root fairings for both wings. Cut flap holes in fuselage for both flap extension rods. Adjusted size of holes so no interference during flap travel. Tested flap travel with flap motor operating from a spare battery. Adjusted flap extension rods so flaps are full up when at top of travel. Checked for 32 degrees of extension when flaps fully extended. TIghtened all stop nuts with locktite. Tested for flap indicator extension within 1.2 inches as required by sensor. Adjusted position of flap connecting clamp to keep extension within 1.2 inches. Drilled and attached flap sensor; ready for wiring connect. Connected wiring thru wings to wingtips and tested lighting. Nav lights, Landing lights, and strobe lights all work to both wings.
