Drilled initial canopy holes in frame. Fitted canopy and taped down for drilling holes. Began drilling canopy holes with plexiglass bit. Drilling went well until the side rails. There we caused a small crack in one of the holes. Stop drilled the cracks and did research on impact of crack on canopy structure. Obtained Weld-On #3 to seal crack. Enlarged stop drill holes to help prevent crack extensions. Plan to seal stop drill holes with epoxy. Countersunk holes in canopy and enlarged holes in both canopy and frame. Deburred all holes. Removed canopy and began riveting frame corners together. Frame now riveted together and top handle installed. Ready for side skirts.
