In picture 1 below you can see the completed bottom tab bent under the top tab and the top tab ready for bending. In picture 2 the complete bends top and bottom - finally ahead of where I was before. After I completed the tab, I moved on by first riveting with two rivets the counterbalance skin to the left elevator skin. See next entry.
