Made a stand for fuel tank. I have the 15 US gallon fuel tank option for my Xl. But it is hardly 15 gallons. After plugging the vent and the fuel ports I proceeded to fill the tank up. I put the tank on the stand I built and put it in my pick box. Filled it up to the top. A total of 43.992 litres. If you convert the litres to US gals it works out to be 11.9 gallons. Hmmm 15 gallons US is equal to 56.78 litres. So I guess the up grade tank option is not really what is avertised by Zenith. In theroy a 12 gallon standard tank it must be only 8 gallons. Well I guess a total of 24 US gallons is better than 16. I set the ADI gauges to 40. litres which makes sense to us Canadians. Half tank should be approx. 20 litres 10 litres left at a 1/4 tank . I calibrated the tank probe for empty first (dry) and than when full. I syphoned 10 Litres at a time to check gauge. Out About .2 or 3 in all cases. Set the ADI fuel gauge Low fuel alarm to buzz at 10 litres (2.6 gallons US)
