Ordered a # 6T4-6 bottom rib, the rib the control horn is riveted on. When I original installed the rib and drilled the control horn holes the horn was too close and not at the plan spec of 10 mm out from edge. The new rib came predrilled with pilot holes for control horn. Remove rivets remove rib and reinstalled new rib drilled holes clecoed. Disasemble debur corrision protected assembly with clecoes and riveted web. The control horn I drilled and deburred, But will not install untill I mount the rudder to the fuselage.
