Brief Description:  rudder skeleton pages 1 to 16 in manual

- inventory rudder kit, Rudder kit purchase November 2, 2005 all parts accounted for.
- constructed 4 x 12 ft work bench
- marked the bottom side corner on the side flange of the doubler, measured 10mm from the end and marked a line to bottom corner. I cut off the corner to match the angle of the front flange rear rib # 6T4-6. Trimmed the bottom corners of the doubler angle.
Position the doubler angles inside the spar and measure up 30mm from the bottom of doubler and marka reference line along the doubler.Marked a rivet line inside the spar doubler, 10 mm from the edge for the rivet line through the web. Clamped the doublers to the spar. Marked out the rib stations on the inside of the doubler as per manual plans. Layed out the rivet spacing with pitch gauge at 40mm. Marked rivet spacing on spar locations. Drilled and clecoed every second hole. Than went back and drilled remaining holes.Marked the front rib flange rivet line. Continued to do the same with all remaining ribs. Skeleton completely drilled and assembled with clecos.
Removed all clecos and deburred entire rudder skeleton. Cleaned all parts with alcohol and painted all mating parts with chromine paint. Let dry over night.
