Ritted right hand cowling. Took forever, back and forth from band saw and plane. Got it fitted really nice, drilled and flush riveted side and lower piano hinge. Tried to do Left hand cowling in bigger cutting increments, after a long time I finally realized the left cowling was Toast. First major loss of kit supplied part, and I'm almost done! Have to reorder. Would take longer and more expense to try and fix and grow back fiberglass than to start over the left hand side. Bummer.
