Brief Description: Left Cowl re-do & right baffle seal
Spent long hours being real careful not to loose another cowling half. This time the left cowling fit so nicely (did more fine shaving with hand grinder than trimming with saw) that the right cowling looked not as well fitted in comparison. After joining the top & bottom hinges and riveting the piano hinge - now it all looks beautiful and fits perfect. The front is about 1/4" off to the right from the prop hub center, but the propellor will always cover it regardless of position, and it is the perfect 1/8" to 3/16" spacing distance from the prop hub, so it's Absolutely fine by me. Just need to finish exhaust metal and left & oil baffling seal.
