Brief Description: Finished Flaps &,Ailerons, started rear Fuselage
Big long hugely productive day. Fully deburred flaps & aileron skins & alumipreped all small parts. Zinc coated all parts and inside surfaces of skins. Reassembled and riveted both flaps & ailerons complete. Pulled a wing onto the bench and test fitted one set. Made adjustments to aileron counterbalance hardware to fit better. Then moved onto rear fuselage sides. Prepped side panels & cut access holes & slots, then bent heavy laser-cut parts for side walls. Assembled & pilot drilled both left & right rear side walls.
