Brief Description: Deburr parts and found another problem
Finished the deburring of all of the parts for the flap. I finally got a chance to use my flapper wheel for the interior cutouts. It's available from Cleaveland Tools and uses a bit of ScotchBright. It made quick work of the hinge bracket cutouts.
At this point you are supposed to countersink the four holes on the joggle of the hinge bracket. It looks like I laid out the hole pattern too close to the joggle and there is no way I can get a flat set in there to properly double flush rivet them together. I ordered new hinge bracket parts (FL-1007-L/R) so I'm delayed in starting to rivet things together. It was going so smoothly too.
