Brief Description:  Deburred Fuselage Parts

Since I'm stuck waiting for the sealant on the elevator TE ribs to cure and I can't prime the rudder parts until the weekend I decided to work on some of the aft fuselage parts.

I separated and trimmed the cable guides (F-091497B, the stiffener angle (F-01473A, the J-stiffeners (F-01486D/E/F) and the battery angles (F-1037A/B/C). Because the stiffener angle and battery angles are 0.063 in. thick, they required a lot of elbow grease to properly deburr. Parts this thick tend to get little nubs along the edges from the punching operation. If you don't file them off with a rough file first then you'll have little ridges where the nubs were if you just run over it on the Scotchbright wheel.

I still need to final drill a 1/4 in. hole in the F-01473A and hog out a section of the F-1037B.
