Brief Description: Dimpled Rudder Parts Except Skin
I called Van's this morning and explained the issue and my reasoning why I thought it was acceptable as-is. Van's agreed and confirmed my assumption of the loading in this area. I finished riveting the horn and bottom rib in place (including the nutplate this time) without further issue.
All of the holes in the spar, ribs and stiffeners, etc. were dimpled.
