Brief Description: Cleko the VS support structure to skin
All of the holes in the skin/support structure need to be final drilled with a #40 drill. The skin is fastened to the structure with clekos. Two holes need to be match drilled on the tip closeout rib at the nose and another two on the lower nose rib.
All I got done tonight was getting the skin in place. It would have been much easier with a second set of hands, but I managed to get it together by myself. The toughest part was getting the first couple of clekos in place. After that it got considerably easier. I'll probably defer the actual drilling until the weekend when I won't bother the neighbors with the noise.
I ordered the PVC fittings for the spray booth and they should arrive at my local Home Depot by the weekend. The funiture grade stuff is more expensive than regular water carrying PVC. Just the fittings alone ran about $75.
