Brief Description:  Spray Booth for Priming

I need a spray booth that meets the following criteria:

1. Large enough to prime the longest part in my build.
2. Collapsable with short setup and takedown time.
3. Storable under my cabinets.
4. Holds two box fans with filters
5. A shop light hanging from the ceiling.
6. Last but not least, cheap!

The largest part is the horizontal stabilizer spar at 117 in., just shy of 10 ft. I figure on a couple of feet clearance so the length is set at 14 ft. I plan on using four collapsable sawhorses to support a 4X8 plywood sheet (cut into 32 in X 48 in pieces for storability), so the width will be 6 ft. I've got overhead racks that limit my height, so I'll go with 6 ft high. It works for me.

I designed the framework on SolidWorks using 1-1/4 in. PVC pipe with 3 and 4 way connectors. I'll use 6 mil plasting sheeting and for the door I'll just cut the sheeting in two places vertically and use construction zippers to close it. I thought about designing an actual door, but that adds costs and complexity.

I haven't worked out all the details, but the sheeting will be attached with duct tape, zip ties and velcro so it can be broken down and stored. I'll figure out the specifics after I assemble the framework.
