I read thru my entire construction log to help me remember where I left off. I kept good notes in my plans and marked all the completed steps, so that made the job much easier.
The right elevator needed to have the holes C/T the rib and front spar match drilled. To make sure the parts were aligned I filled all the holes with clekos near the horn and filled half the rest of the holes. Even with the parts in place and theoretically aligned, I sighted down the hole and saw that some were not lining up properly. The smaller hole was not completely visible in all cases, so I used my drift pin to make sure the entire small hole was visible before I drilled it out with a #30.
It turns out I had already match drilled the left elevator horn holes before I quit building, but I didn't put in a log entry for it.
So this was just a short session today to get back into the build mode. The next step is deburring all the parts fully to prepare for priming.
Cleko'ed up and ready for match drilling
Elevator horn is the bigger hole
Match drilling complete. Note the new color clekos holding the horn in place.
