Brief Description:  Match drill spar cap doublers to front spar

A mark is made 3/16 in from each end of the spar cap doublers then the doubler is centered on the spar. The mark is lined up with the 28th hole from the outboard end of the spar and clamped firmly into place. There is a significant bow in the cap doubler, but the instructions don't say anything about taking out the bow.

Once the cap doubler is firmly clamped, you match drill through the spar web holes into the doubler. The parts are then disassembled, deburred, then clecoed and clamped back together for match drilling through the spar flange into the cap doubler.

I'll finish the cap doubler match drilling tomorrow.
